How does fulfillment work?
At checkout we evaluate your cart, weight, and address to show only valid options: scheduled pickup, local delivery within 35 miles, bulk route delivery for 25 lb+ orders within 80 miles, or nationwide shipping for eligible products.
Why can't I ship fresh mushrooms?
Fresh mushrooms are highly perishable, so they default to pickup or local delivery. Overnight fresh shipping may be enabled in the future.
What's the weight limit for shipping?
Standard parcel shipping is limited to under 20 lb and fewer than 4 qualifying bags or blocks. Larger orders use pickup, delivery, or a freight quote.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes — apply through our Wholesale page. Approved accounts unlock volume pricing, standing orders, and account-specific delivery.
Are your cultures legal species only?
Absolutely. We sell only legal gourmet and culinary mushroom species. We do not sell controlled or prohibited species.
