Shipping & Fulfillment Policy
Eligible products
Liquid cultures, premix, eligible spawn bags under the weight limit, grow kits, cultivation supplies, merchandise, and shelf-stable items an administrator enables can ship nationwide.
Weight limits
Standard parcel shipping is disabled at 20 lb or more, or when the cart contains 4 or more qualifying grain/spawn/substrate/grow blocks. Larger orders use pickup, local/bulk delivery, or a freight quote.
Temperature-sensitive items
Live cultures and colonized products may carry warm- or cold-weather notices and may be held during extreme weather.
State exclusions
Some products cannot ship to specific states. Restrictions are shown at checkout.
